The second one is just about to finish its initial cooking. They will both go into the refrigerator in a bit to set up for reheating as the main course of our family Friday night dinner.
The moment of truth looms.

Update: Success! My sister, Patty, snapped a few pictures while Dad, my nephew Karl, and I tried to make it work.

I think this is what Nick Stellino meant when he talked about the "money shot" with this recipe:
13 more of those went onto a baking sheet into the lower oven to reheat while two more pans of potato chunks went into the top oven. The last thing to do was saute the green beans we had parboiled earlier and here is a pic of Karl and I taking care of that(you can see the potatoes in the oven:
