I went to this article because it was about finding live ammo outside of the Wisconsin State Capitol today, but then I got sidetracked by something else in the story:
Administration Secretary Mike Huebsch said it will cost $6 million to restore the interior of the Capitol, including removing all the tape from the marble where thousands of fliers and posters have hung since the protests began Feb. 14 and 15. Huebsch estimated it would cost an additional $1 million to restore the exterior.
The ammo news is disturbing and we'll have to see what develops. In the meantime, I'd like to know if that $7 million figure to clean things up is accurate. That seems like an awful lot of cleaning and damage repair to me. Exactly what did the protesters do in there?
