...right here. Shorter version:
There is nothing wrong with our filters. Do not attempt to adjust what we choose to let people see. We are controlling the narrative. If we wish to make Iraq appear lost, we will emphasize the negatives. If we wish to make it look winnable...bwahahahaha, forget about that. We will control the first draft of history. We will control reality. We can spin it; make the opposite seem true. We can blur facts or sharpen them to crystal clarity. For the rest of eternity, sit quietly and we will control all that you see and hear. We repeat: there is nothing wrong with our narrative. You must participate in the great adventure of dumbing down America. You must experience the awe and mystery which reaches from the New York Times to the Community Based Reality.
Ok, ok...snark aside, what the government does to get its message out is worth paying attention to, no matter what party is in power. I don't see much of substance here though. It seems more like whining about the administration trying to bypass its gatekeeper role.
And coming from an organization that has so thoroughly screwed up its coverage of Iraq that it makes the Three Stooges look like brain surgeons, it just made me laugh and laugh.
