And On The Second Day Up North...

And there was salad:

Lettuce, celery, green pepper, green onion, radish, mushrooms, cucumber, and carrot. I'm going to need some of that cheese for my omelet tomorrow, so I decided I'll just put some on what I dish up tonight. All in all, that bowl ought to hold me for a few days. 

Now for the spaghetti sauce.
